A Scam Email with the Subject "Dear Lucky Winner!!!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Mon, 09 Feb 2009 15:55:51 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "=?iso-8859-1?b?TUlDUk9TT0ZUrg==?= AWARD PROMOTION DEPARTMENT" <dgau28@spf.gov.ar>, although it may have been spoofed.
