A Scam Email with the Subject "Fwd: Important Changes to Online Consent and Access Agreement" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 14 Nov 2008 16:23:59 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was RICROE@aol.com, although it may have been spoofed.
