A Scam Email with the Subject "Reference Number.-35460021" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 06 Mar 2009 02:57:26 -0500 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "US TREASURY PAYMENT OFFICE"<inventor@inventionmgmt.com>, although it may have been spoofed.

a meeting this week concerning your
payment,both foreign and local contractors and some inheritance funds which 
were not released to the right
benefactors.
