A Scam Email with the Subject "Certified Bank Draft" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 17 Jan 2009 17:10:04 -0500 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Mr. Jesse Williams"<email@example.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
