A Scam Email with the Subject "WINNING NOTIFICATION" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 10 Dec 2008 09:28:28 -0500 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "U.K NATIONAL LOTTERY" <director@zashita.nnov.ru>, although it may have been spoofed.

Your e-mail address"Attached to ticket number:"56475600545 188" with Serial number" 5368/02" drew the lucky numbers: 12. 17. 21. 25. 31. 37. [30] Bonus Ball which subsequently won you the lottery in the 1st category i.e. match 5. You have therefore been approved to claim a total sum of £4,000.000.00 (Four Million Pounds Sterling) in cash credited to file "KTU/9023118308/03."
