and export enterprises whose annual exporting amount is up to USD50,000,000 and importing amount USD20,000,000 with a very high growth index.

This is very essential because without this, you can not act on behalf of the company even after you have sucessfully met with the company laid down principles. Depending on the decision of the board, you would also be provided with a Contract Agreement that defines amongst others, the scope, terms and conditions of our business relationship.
Note also that, sequel to your response to this mail, we shall furnish you with guildlines, scope and mode of operations. At this point in time, it is most unlikely that I or an agent would be coming over to have issues discussed further relative to products distribution and sales at the moment. However, what is very pertinent right now is collections(payment collections). This has been a very great problem to us. This is where we want to start our business relationship, at least before full incorporation into the sales team(representatives). This could probably take some months (probably six months) as we have to actually come over to establish or have an office already in place accreditted with appropriate warehouse facility.
We want you as our representative, presently to be in charge of account receivables outside our company, due to the fact we have some customers that are paying by cheque in the USA and Canada and other direct crediting into our Representatives accounts and there has not been any cases of fraudulent cheques in the past. Because we would not like to ship products or services based on a 6 to 10 week delay in getting paid. So many phone inquiries would be made and someone would have to be hired to keep clients informed in order to keep relations on an even keel so
that no one gets upset of the such delays in payment by cheque.
We understand that the representative(for such functions) would have to incur some expenses in the course of collecting and remiting the money. As a result, we have been magnanimous to offer 10% commission for payment collection services.
However, upon full incorporation after an office is in place for the other functions, the representative would be entitled to an additional basic salary of $96,000 Per Annum plus other benefits accruable for maintenance of the office/staff.
In the light of the above, please do well to acknowledge receipt of this mail and accpetance of the terms or otherwise, so the board can decide within the shortest possible time on these issues. I would expect that you respond promptly.
