A Scam Email with the Subject "INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY COMMISSION" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 27 Nov 2008 15:49:36 -0800 and has been classified as a Lotto/Lottery Scam. The sender was "INTERNATIONAL LOTTERY COMMISSION" <pitilitrastions@terra.es>, although it may have been spoofed.
