A Scam Email with the Subject "NOTIFICATION FROM WORLD DEBT RECONCILATION COMIITTEE LONDON UK" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 31 Oct 2008 04:11:32 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam. The sender was "seal cole ben" <>, although it may have been spoofed.
