A Scam Email with the Subject "Dear Lucky Winner" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 16 Jul 2008 15:41:51 -0700 and has been classified as a Lotto/Lottery Scam. The sender was forum4@health.moph.go.th, although it may have been spoofed.
