A Scam Email with the Subject "Fw: Congratulations!!! Congratulations!!!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 05 Jun 2008 06:33:25 -0700 and has been classified as a Lotto/Lottery Scam. The sender was "Bill Browne Sr" <>, although it may have been spoofed.
