A Scam Email with the Subject "International Monetary Fund (IMF)" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 03 May 2008 08:25:13 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Jerry Douglas"<>, although it may have been spoofed.

in conjunction with the law enforcement agents, European Financial Action Task Force & Crimes 
Commission have put in place machinery to checkmate this ugly incidents. 
I wish to inform you that there is a directive from the European Union and IMF to pay all 
outstanding debts owed to beneficiaries. This was resolved in a meeting held between European Union 
Government Authorities and Officials of United States Government in New 
York last week, as a condition from the International Monetary Fund to support European Union (EU) 
and United States of America in the fight against corruption, money laundering and terrorism
