This email with the subject "Fw: BUSINESS PROPOSITION" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 22 Mar 2009 22:55:09 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam.

The sender was Arthur Luna <>, although it may have been spoofed.
