A Scam Email with the Subject "E-mail Update Alert!!" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 03 Mar 2009 19:12:27 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was Arcor Online <security@arcor.de>, although it may have been spoofed.

Dear Customer:

We've noticed that you experienced trouble logging into Arcor® E-mail.

After three unsuccessful attempts to access your account, your Arcor Online Profile has been locked. This has been done to secure your accounts and to protect your private information. Arcor® is committed to making sure that your online transactions are secure.
