A Scam Email with the Subject "CONGRATULATION!!!! YOUR EMAIL WON $1,000,000 USD" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Wed, 15 Sep 2010 00:50:40 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "MICROSOFT ORGANISATIONAL PROMO"<>, although it may have been spoofed.

Dear beneficiary,

We have actually been authorized by the newly appointed UN secretary general,and the governing body 
of MICROSOFT MSN to release the recent E-mail Ballot Draw held on 1st MAY,2010. Your e-mail address 
attached to ticket number: 56475600545 187, with Serial number 87-11 drew the lucky numbers: 
12,37,39,40,50,01 Bonus 02. Which subsequently won you the lottery in the 2nd category.

You have therefore been approved to claim a total sum of $1,000,000.00 (ONE MILLION USD) which has 
been credited into an ATM MASTER CARD. The security for your funds was organized in the form of 
your personal Identification number (PIN) ATM CARD, this will enable only you have direct Control 
over this fund for security reasons. Therefore contact our card payment center in care of Rev John 
Fred via email:  and also send the following information as stated below

The online draws was conducted by a random selection of email addresses from an exclusive list of 
29,031 E-mail addresses of individuals and
corporate bodies picked by an advanced automated random computer search from the internet. However, 
no tickets were sold but all email addresses
were assigned to different ticket numbers for representation and privacy.
