This email with the subject "CONTACT DIPLOMATIC COURIER SERVICES" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sat, 31 Jul 2010 08:06:57 -0700 and has been classified as a Advance Fee Fraud/419 Scam.
The sender was "james willie" <email@example.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
I write to inform you that i went to the issuing bank to confirm if the Cheque has expired or getting near to expire and Prof.Kofi Williams the Director of AFRICA DEVELOPMENT BANK told me that before the cheque will get to your hand that it will expire and I told him to cash the 3.5 Million USD to cash payment to avoid losing this funds under expiration.
However,all the necessary arrangement for delivering of the 3.5 Million USD in cash has been made with D.H.L DIPLOMATIC COURIER SERVICES here in Benin Republic.
