A Scam Email with the Subject "FOREIGN OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Thu, 08 Jul 2010 06:54:42 -0700 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "Mr. Raymond Glass"<info_44@yahoo.com>, although it may have been spoofed.

contract/inheritance funds which you could not complete the process of the released of your 
transfer pin code through the Digitalized Payment System. We have decided to pay your funds without

initiated/constituted by the World Bank and Paris Club, due to fraudulent activities going on 
within the African Region.
 
The World Bank and Paris Club introduced this payment arrangement as to enable our 
contractors/inheritance beneficiary to receive their funds without any interference. the ATM Master
