A Scam Email with the Subject "To whom it may concern" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Fri, 16 Jun 2017 11:05:53 -0400 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was Professor Itse Sagay <email@example.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
