A Scam Email with the Subject "YOUR TRANSFER OF $12.5MILLION HAS BEEN RATIFIED, CONTACT THE BANKNOW" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Tue, 09 Feb 2016 02:16:47 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was UNITED BANK FOR AFRICA <katokiko@suite.plala.or.jp>, although it may have been spoofed.
