A Scam Email with the Subject "†No Subject†" was received in one of Scamdex's honeypot email accounts on Sun, 24 Jan 2016 02:35:19 -0800 and has been classified as a Generic Scam. The sender was "World Bank Group"<email@example.com>, although it may have been spoofed.
