Vacation house rental
I inquired at several sites regarding vacation house rental.
Smart holiday rentals somehow got my email and sent me a link to a vacation home I thought they were showing. I assumed they were brokering it for their client. I asked questions received answers and then I was asked to sign a rental agreement and wire money to a bank in England. (the company claims it is English based)
I wired money and I asked for confirmation and got none.

Scammed through Gumtree classification.
I have my car advertised on Gumtree. I responded to an inquiry via email and this was the email I received in return. He used the name Patrick but the email name came up as Mathew Crisell and if you google that name then he is a scammer!!
