My name is Salim Khan (Mr) and I am an MBA and work as director HR in an NGO in Pakistan for the past 3 years. Some 3 months back I received an email from that there are vacancies of Human Resource Officer. I filled up the application form and sent them all my academic documents and copies of passport and pictures. Then after 20 days I was informed that I have been selected. That mail was from:
    Dr. Jackson Trimmell
    eRecruitment Officer-1
    Division for Sustainable Development
Department of Economic and Social Affairs
    United Nations Secretariat Building
    405 East 42nd Street
    New York, NY 10017, USA

Jackson Trimmell told me that I have been selected as UNDSD Human Resource Manager for UAE station. Then he asked me to send my medical reports which I did. Now they informed me that I have to obtain an H-3 USA training visa and the visa expenses would be on me and they appointed a consultant named Dr. T.A Sweeny of “CEDAR MGT. & CONSULTING LTD.”. His email address is
    Dr. T.A Sweeney
    Registration/Trainee Department
USA OFFICE: 10500 Greenwood Avenue, South City, Seattle
    98105-1157 WA
HONG KONG OFFICE: 14th floor, One Harbourfront 18 Tak Fung
St. Hunghom Kowloon. City, Hong Kong

Now this guy Dr. Sweeny is demanding USD 3750 as H-3 Visa consultancy fee.
I got suspicious as I have worked as visa consultant and I know all the steps and fee etc. So I searched and sent an email to UNDSD and they replied this:

They have also posted this on the front page of UNDSD website after I reported the sacm.
