I am Song Lee; I work with the private banking branch of a bank here in south East Asia, Taiwan to be precise.

It was brought to my knowledge that the aforementioned client died intestate and nominated no next of kin to the title over investments made. 1.      Are you aware of any relative/relation, whose last known, contact address was In Taipei, Taiwan?

2.      Are you aware of any investment of considerable value made by such a person with any Private Bankers in Hong Kong/Taiwan?

3.      Can you establish beyond reasonable doubt your eligibility to assume status of next of kin to the deceased?

He passed on in an air crash along with his wife on the 31st October 1999 in an Egyptian airline Boeing 990 with other passengers on board. You can confirm this fact from the website which was aired by the BBC WORLD NEWS:

I cannot have access into the deceased portfolio (accounts) nor have the funds therein released, unless someone applies for it, by laying claims of ownership over the funds by way of a next-of-kin to the deceased. This procedure is inline with our bank policies and rules of operations. It is upon this discovery and the need to have the funds remitted out of the custody of the bank, to anyone who will be favorably disposed to assisting me in securing the funds from the holding account into his custody. By way of standing in as the next of kin, to this end I am willing to split the funds with you in the ratio of 40% / 60%, as a sign of my appreciation and your partnership. I therefore seek your permission and assistance, to present you and have you stand in as next of kin to the deceased investment asset, so that the funds can be released and transfer to you as inheritance. All legal and supporting documentations that will establish your beneficiary status over the funds as inheritance due payable to you, shall be carefully worked and taking of by me. Several attempts made in the past years up until the recent past to locate the surviving relative of the deceased yielded no result. It is either we join forces together to have the funds remitted to you, through legal means, which is the only way or allow the confistication process of the investment deposit which has yielded huge interest over the years to take effect.
