I know that this information may come to you as a surprise, especially having to come from someone

been paid to the contractors.

as we wish to invest our share of the money in any profitable business in your country.
 
In this regard, we want you to co-operate with us so that this $11million will be paid into your 
account for our sharing.

approvals in your name for easy transfer of the funds to your account.
