FULL CORPORATE OFFER (CIF), FOR 100kgs OF AU GOLD DUST
   
Kindly read through our offer for the sale of 100kg Alluvia Gold 
Dust of Ghana origin and shipment procedure via our accredited license 
shipper to Europe and terms of payment.
   
1 - (A) That the shipment 
will be 100kgs and above
     (B) That the price of the Gold dust is 
$7,000 per kilogram, including 
          shipment charges 
   
2 – 
That Shipper charges $370.00 euros per kilogram of the Gold Dust as 
being shipment charges, agreed by seller and shipper in the entailed 
terms of payment as stated herein.
   
4 - That there shall be NO 
UPFRONT PAYMENT TO SELLER OR SHIPPER BEFORE SHIPMENT AND AFTER 
SHIPMENT, WITHOUT CERTIFIED ASSAY TEST RESULT of the product at seller’
s nominated zone.
   
5 - That the buyer will inspect the product, 
confirm quantity and take random sample from the whole quantity for 
assay test. Upon confirmation of quality of the Gold Dust by the result 
of the random sample picked for refinery assay test  proves 
satisfactory to buyer, Buyer will then pay to shipper shipment charges 
and legal taxes incurred by the shipping agent or related authority.
   
6 – That seller or its representative with buyer will together take 
the product to buyer’s refinery and goods will remain in Sellers Name 
for refining. After final refining of the whole product, Seller will 
only release product to buyer upon full payment of the product after 
refining. Seller will have no option then to sell the refined product 
to any other interested buyer, if 1st buyer fails to pay seller in cash 
or via Bank transfer to seller’s nominated bank account within 24hours 
after final refining of the product.
   
7 - That the buyers MUST send 
a letter of intent that, the terms and procedures as stated herein 
would be adhered to, with the quantity that buyer wants to purchase. 
The letter of intent must be written on the buyer’s official letter-
headed paper and send it to the seller via Email or Fax.
   
8 - That 
any intermediary agent shall be entitled to deduct 10% of the gross 
sales (i.e., $70,000.00 US Dollars) of the Gold dust , as sales 
commission, at payment of the total cost of the Gold dust after final 
refining of the product.
