Permit me to solicite your support and sponsorship for my governorship campaign in my state, 
Bayelsa state, Nigeria.
My name is Timi Alaibe, and am presently the Director of Finance, Niger Delta Development 
Commission NDDC here in Nigeria. However, I have filed in my resignation to the commission and the 
presidency, to enable me commence my campaign for the governorship of my rich state, Bayelsa.
You must be aware of the fact that the Niger Delta area produces 100% of the Nigeria crude oil, 
which is why is habours all operations of all the oil companies in the country. My state however 
happens to be the richest state in federal financial allocation in the country today, because of 
its capacity to produce 48% of the total crude oil quota within the entire Niger Delta which 
comprises of 11 other states.
 
My proposal however, is NOT for you to support me with your personal funds per say, but to assist 
me receive some huge amount which I have generated over a period of time for this purpose. In the 
course of my duty, I have been able to raise a total sum of USD7.5M, which I have acumulated over a 
period of 3 years through several contract over-invoicing and other financial methods.
The said amount has been in our offshore account in Ghana, which I personally and tactically made 
possible for personal interest.
For your information, this amount is a surplus of over-invoiced contracts that have been released 
by the Federal Government of Nigeria for payments of several foreign contracts. The contracts in 
question have all been adequately executed and paid for, but for this surplus.
I do not have direct access to this fund, but I have the full sole capacity and descretion to 
purport any foreigner of my choice as the subsequent beneficiary to it. I left it there over a 
period of time, until I will kick off my political campaign. All the documents required for this 
transaction will be dully arranged by me,  after which you will have legal ownership of the fund, 
and the fund will be transfered to any of your nominated bank accounts outside of Africa. {I will 
clarify you on this later}.
 
I have also resolved to offer you 15% of this total amount upon succesful completion of this 
transaction, and the remaining 85%, you will clearly remit back to my campaign team here in Nigeria 
as your support to my campaign, {This is he idea} do you get me?
I assure you, I have total control over this money and the transaction, so you have absolutely 
nothing to loose nor risk to bear in this process. I will want us to jump start this process 
immeediately so that I will use my official position to see to the release and transfer of the 
money to you, before my resignation which is almost at hand.
 
If my proposal appeals to you, please get back to me immediately for further directives.
