LETTER OF NOTIFICATION.
23th June 2004.
ATTN: LONG.
I am Mr. Mandisi.B.M.M, Minister Of Trade and Industries Federal Republic of South Africa. Itīs
mysterious how I came about your contact; despite the fact you never expected such letter from
anybody around the world.
My worries are; can I invest through you? Can we go into partnership deed? Have you ever been in
business before? I donīt know how matured you could be in handling certain issues that will demand
your total commitment and confidentiality? Will you be discrete with this no mater what your
decision will be? Note that am still in the Government service and I have just taken the greatest
risk of my life by making this contact to a stranger like you! Should I believe that you are
embodiment of the above-mentioned uniqueness?
There was a business relationship between my country and Japanese Government that involed the
supply of heavy duty milling machines for the Goverment indtustries which was conducted through my
ministry (Ministry of Trade and Industries). During the tenure, in agreement I made a deal with the
Japanese counterparts thereby I over inflated the amounts involve in the said transacted deal.
Immediately their payment was carried out, alongside the excess of US$ 30Million was deposited in a
security company in my favor under the supervision of one of my political aids. Hence, I cannot
introduce the such amount of money into any of our local Banks here in South Africa and as a civil
servant if I do this I will have a lots of question that will need a reasonable answer to the
Government of my country.
I have the fears that my political aid that Knew about this deposit could open this secrete to the
Government tomorrow. These and more are the reasons why I have just contacted you to stand as the
beneficiary/sole heir of these funds at the security company; all the documents are in my
possession and I hope you will be obliged to work with me.
Please let us maintain our communication through email at this moment.
I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards.
Mr.Mandisi.B.M.M
Federal Ministry Of Trade and Industries
South Africa.
