In this role, you will manage requirements for
supporting implementation and integration of SDLC tools for use across IT. Microsoft
products including Project, Access, and Visio a must.
Proven experience with Visual Studio.
Ability to work independently with minimal
supervision.
Portware experience and knowledge of FIX and SQL
Server is also required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal
and written). Experience evaluating and documenting system interdependencies,
processes and workflows.
The ability to work within a team with minimum
supervision.
Design Patterns and structure for GUI applications
(MVC, threading models, delegation and events, exception handling, etc.
Front-Office Trading IT experience including
previous experience in front-office IT development with a good understanding of the
Equities business environment. Experience working with formal project methodologies.
Knowledge of enterprise RDBMS systems (preferable Sybase), web application server
technologies (preferably WebLogic), n-tier architectures, and object-oriented design
and development methodologies. Bachelors Degree level or higher.

Strong background in the entire Java platform, both
the language and related API's (for example Swing, JDBC, RMI and JMS).
2-4 years experience with Sybase, SQL server with
