AN EMERGENCY AT HAND PLS
FROM: MR. william lobunga
E-MAIL: williamlobungaa@web.de <mailto:williamlobungaa@web.de>

ATTANTION;
Sorry for rather taken you by surprise, your reading
from Mr. william lobunga son of Comrade Nelson lobunga,
the former adviser on political affairs of the late
president of the democratic republic of Congo (DCR)
Laurent Kabila who was assassinated on Tuesday 16th,
January, 2001, by one of his aides.
I had access to your contact information via the
internet here in South Africa and decided to contact
you. Though my decision and determination to contact
your person in a matter of this magnitude may be a
high risk on my own part, all I do pray and wish is
that you will be a friend indeed and that you will not
betray my trusting you?
It is based on the above assertion, that I wish to
engage your services and assistance in a rather
confidential transaction involving the transfer of a
whooping some of Sixteen million, five hundred
thousand United States Dollars (USD 16.5M) into your
account overseas, with a view to relocating to your
home country to invest the said sum in any profitable
venture of my choice, should the
social-political/economic environment prevalent there,
be reassuring.
This fund (USD.16.5M) originated from my home country
Congo. It was originally mapped out by the ousted then
government of president Kabila (in custody of my
father) and meant for a nationwide solidarity
Raleigh/campaign in support of Kabila’s
government/leadership. However, things fall apart with
the unprecedented demise of the late president in
question, hence the campaign could not hold. For
security reasons, my father was fast in fleeing along
side with me to South Africa where I am currently
seeking asylum. Here in South Africa, my father and I
deposited this fund with a security company here as
family valuable (consignment) for security reasons and
to curtail service charges, with the assistance of a
legal practitioner.
Unfortunately, my father passed away due to heart
failure later My aim of contacting you now is to seek
for your sincere assistance in getting this money
transferred out of South Africa via your foreign bank
account to your home country for a profitable
investment, as I would not like to risk investing this
money in this part of the continent for security
reasons and fear of loosing the money to the
government.
If you can assure me of your trustworthiness and
capability of handling/assisting in the successful
completion of this transaction and with the
confidentiality it deserves, kindly indicate your
interest by contacting me via the above e-mail address
for more details and clarification regarding the fund
and this transaction.
For your services/assistance in this regard, I will be
offering you 20% only of the total sum at the end of
this transaction.
I hope you will be satisfied and happy with that? You
may also wish to furnish me with your telephone and
fax numbers for easier communication and
understanding.
while expecting your urgent response.
Thanks and God bless.
Best Regard.
william lobunga.
